DERWENT ESTATES BOOSTS RETAIL OFFERING WITH THREE NEW TENANT SIGNINGS AT WARRINGTON RETAIL PARK
Acting on behalf of the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation, Derwent Estates has strengthened the tenant line up at J9 Retail Park in Warrington with the completion of three new lettings, underlining the Park’s continued strong performance and appeal to national and regional retailers.
Baby Store is relocating to J9 Retail Park having agreed a 10 year lease for the 10,000 sq ft former Carpetright unit. The retailer is currently fitting out the store and is scheduled to open in the spring.
ScS and HSL Chairs have also both agreed 10 year leases having taken a 10,000 sq ft unit and a 5,000 sq ft unit respectively. Both lettings reflect a continued trend of occupiers upgrading to the Park to benefit from its established trading environment and strong customer draw.
J9 Retail Park is one of nine out of town retail parks managed by Derwent Estates on behalf of the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation. The well-established out of town retail Park benefits from excellent road connectivity, strong visibility, generous car parking and a complementary mix of national retailers including Home Bargains, Dunelm, Currys and Nando’s making it a consistently attractive destination for occupiers seeking long-term, sustainable locations. Only one unit of 14,000 sq ft remains available.
